Current insurance policies do not cover ostomy support services. A new ostomate can go home with a box of supplies and no one to call when the pouch leaks at 2am, when the skin around the stoma breaks down, or when the product they were sent simply doesn't fit their body.
That gap is why people end up back in the emergency department for problems a nurse could have solved in a 45-minute conversation. We believe ostomy support belongs in your benefits — and insurers are far more likely to hear it from the people they cover than from us alone.

What we do with your insurer's name

We'll email you what we hear. The more people who name the same insurer, the harder that company is to ignore — so your entry counts even when the answer takes time.
Your information stays with this campaign. We use your insurer's name to advocate for coverage and your email to tell you what came of it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share your name with your insurance company.
