Pricing
$80 for a 45 minute consult
$25 per additional 15 minutes (fee will be charged if consult goes over the allotted amount of time).
Please note
You will be charged $25 for consults canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
You will be charged the full consult amount of $80, if you do not show up for your visit.
Payment for Services:
Corstrata services are private pay, out-of-pocket expenses, and are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health saving account (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).
